Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
We want every buyer to feel confident the Service does what we say it does. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, but the period is not refundable.
How to request a refund
Mohala Health Group LLC is the merchant of record for all subscriptions and processes payments through Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email david@mohalaintelligence.com from the address used at checkout, or
- Open the billing portal to cancel and contact us in the same step.
Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
- Starter and Professional self-serve subscriptions purchased through checkout.
- The M9 Public Investigative monthly subscription.
- The M9 Institutional yearly license.
Enterprise and State Replication contracts are governed by their individual order forms and master service agreements; refund and termination terms are spelled out there.
What's not covered
- Renewal periods more than 30 days after the original order date.
- Custom analyst time, white-labeled deliverables, or signed scope-of-work engagements that have already been delivered.
- Charges arising from policy abuse (e.g. repeated refund-then-resubscribe cycles).
Pro-rated cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date. We do not pro-rate the unused portion of the current period outside the 30-day window above.
